Creating this site took a bit longer than I had hoped. It involved about a month of planning and another month just tweaking the WordPress layout. A lot of the delay came from trying to balance my day job while working on this as a side project. I’m feeling a bit nervous about it since I’m not sure how people will respond. Then again, it’s not like I’m building a mainstream website.

Now that the website tweaks are complete, I just need to focus on creating content, which will probably take another month or so. Vore is such a diverse topic, and I hope to cover more categories over time—but we’ll see.

It got me thinking—what if there was a maid cafe where the maids either got eaten or did the eating? Fun, right?

I started checking available domains, and unsurprisingly, “cannibalcafe” was a no-go. Same with “carnivorecafe.” But then I stumbled upon “carnivore cafe” without the extra “the,” and I thought, why not? It even has this cheeky vibe like “Can I vore?” Perfect. Once I locked it in, I went all in on the site.

As someone with a background in UX/UI design, it’s been a blast working on this—especially since I don’t have to follow those rigid corporate rules. No more generic corporate Memphis style for me, thank you very much! It’s pure creative chaos, and I’m loving it.

Let’s be real—social media platforms are a mess these days. Algorithms change constantly, and jumping ship to the next trendy platform feels like starting from scratch every time. Members can suggest ideas through the Discord channel, and while I can’t turn every suggestion into a comic or piece of content, I’ll archive them for future inspiration. If someone submits a short story, it’ll be posted with full credit. It’s all about collaboration and creativity.

For now, I’m keeping it simple—focusing on comics and art. But who knows? Down the line, if the resources are there, I’d love to expand into gaming or animation. I’m not trying to bite off more than I can chew (pun intended), but the potential for growth is exciting. Let’s see where it goes!

I remember stumbling across Japanese fetish art—lots of characters with big bellies—and being like, “Huh, okay, weird flex.” But I didn’t really think much of it at the time because, well, life.

Then the pandemic hit, and while working on a comic project, I had this chapter where a character gets swallowed by a snake. I was googling references and kept seeing all these images of women in fishnet stockings being eaten by snakes. It was oddly specific, and there were so many. Naturally, curiosity took over, and I started digging deeper. That’s when I found vore subreddits and realized there’s a whole community of people into this stuff.

Eventually, I ended up on Eka’s Portal. The logical next step? Make an account and start sharing my art. The feedback was amazing—it really motivated me to keep going. And here I am now, still creating and enjoying the process.
